Upgrade, Improve, Exceed
The goal at AMS has always been to provide unparalleled service – to “go beyond” the expected. As with all things, a business has to continue to upgrade and improve to exceed the past, because past service, while excellent, becomes the expected. With that in mind, AMS has, once again, taken steps to add a new dynamic to our service to current customers, new customers and to those who have a need for service on equipment from other companies.

Expanded Service Department
We have expanded our Service department and are rolling out new, proactive service programs. We look forward to receiving your feedback on our new programs and suggestions for staying at least one step ahead of excellent.

Sales Engineers Oversee Entire Order
This change in our service compliments a service commitment that is already unmatched in the industry. Additionally, our sales engineers oversee all customer orders of AMS machines, from the original request through engineering, manufacturing, testing and delivery.
