The AMS model A-500 series can fulfill a variety of unique filling applications at high-end inline speeds. Utilizing it's two station design, the A-500 fillers can increase production rates, perform bulk and dribble fills or put two different products into the same container. These models are a powerful addition to any automatic rigid container packaging line.
The economy model A-500E features two of the proven A-100 filling heads; an open base frame with mechanical jacks; versatile pneumatic indexing; and a 9' stainless steel conveyor.
The A-500 features an enclosed base cabinet with hinged access doors; a stainless steel top; upper level controls; built in transformer; an 8" stroke container lift for bottom-up fills; vibration to aid product settling; and an 11' conveyor with a dust trough located at each of the filling stations.
The model A-510 combines the capabilities of the A-500 with either two net weigh stations or a volumetric bulk station followed by a gravimetric dribble station for high production speeds while maintaining stringent gross weight accuracy.
